By accessing the Investor Portal, You acknowledge and agree that all information and materials contained therein constitute Confidential Information of the Project. You explicitly agree to:

  • Maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence and use it solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment in the Project.
  • Not disclose, disseminate, or reproduce any Confidential Information to any third party (including, but not limited to, agents, employees, or advisors) without the Project’s explicit prior written consent.
  • Take all reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of the Confidential Information.
  • Acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information would cause irreparable harm to the Project, for which monetary damages alone would not be a sufficient remedy, and that the Project shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Your obligations regarding Confidential Information shall survive any termination of your access to the Site or the Investor Portal.

10. Governing Law and Exclusive Dispute Resolution
